Making a PC?

Post by DemonEyesJoe on Wed Apr 24, 2013 4:14 pm

ok, i JUST read this article, and, im impressed, anyone looking for a gaming PC, that is basicly the same and a DIY model, will love this, a DIY computer, built by someone else, for less than a $100 difference. this less than $100 difference gives you a warranty and tech support.

This is a GREAT option for anyone looking to start a DIY computer since, it IS a DIY computer, you can swap out parts as easily as i can in the future. or anyone who is just looking for a NEW computer and cant decide what parts to pick

Pretty cool although idk why your first block of text is a huge link to your profile but w/e with those prices it's hard to beat but I would still prefer building it myself XD and I kinda don't like Hard drives prefer those solid states even on the cheaper builds.

1 question though can you customize the builds at all?

I can't click the link because your catbus avatar is too big and bleeding over your post.

in-purchase, no

after you get it though, you can ad or remove parts at will, as if you built it yourself, and unlike if you bought it from HP or Dell and the whole thing is designed to be 1 way and 1 way only, this is EXACTLY like if you built it yourself.

I like how close the prices are to a custom built PC.

Yeah, I agree with the article in that a lot of it wouldn't be my first choice for parts but it's certainly competitively-priced and offers a good alternative for people who don't want to go through the hassle of building it themselves.
